• We've implemented modifications to comply with the requirements of the Data Privacy Framework (DPF). The DPF, which supersedes the Privacy Shield program, guarantees that we adopt the essential security and privacy measures for transferring data from the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom to the United States.

October 2023

• We made updates throughout the Privacy Statement to correspond with changes that we are making to work towards compliance with U.S. state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act.
• We added a statement in the Disclosure of Information section to discuss how and why we use tracking tools provided by Google.
• We updated a reference in the Privacy Shield section to state that Privacy Shield is subject to the powers of the Federal Trade Commission.
• We updated a reference in the Do Not Track Requests section for clarity.
